Out Of Hours Emergencies

If you have an emergency outside of normal office hours (weekdays 9am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 12pm) including bank holidays, please follow the instructions below:

1. Call RPMS and leave a message explaining in detail you repair. Calls on Bank holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are monitored (9am - 5pm) and so you should receive a call back within 2 hours.

2. If you require a contractor to attend, please contact the appropriate contractor from the list below. Please ensure that you explain the issue fully to confirm they are the correct contractor to complete the work.

1. Contractors may require you to pay the call out charge on delivery of the service.

2. If you call out an emergency contractor to a problem that you are able to rectify or the contractor advises is not any emergency then you maybe chargeable for the call fees plus any repair cost.
