About RPMS

Ridings Property Management Services Ltd (RPMS), was formed in April 1993. At that time, the business operated out of premises in Newbegin, Hornsea. The aim of the company was to steadily build their portfolio, whilst focusing on good quality properties to attract equally good quality tenants.

By maintaining high standards in properties to let, the company progressively developed a reputation for dealing with high end residential lettings.

As the company expanded, it soon outgrew its original home and moved firstly from Hornsea to Willerby and then on to Beverley, eventually settling in its current premises at 18 North Bar, Beverley, from where it has traded since 1999.

Charity

Everyone in the RPMS team feel very much part of the Beverley, East Yorkshire community and are incredibly proud of the people and places we serve.

Living locally and working in the heart of this close knit community, we're passionate about supporting local causes so actively fundraise and promote local charities and events, to help enrich our fellow residents lives.

One that we hold dear to our hearts is teenage cancer.

Cancer is a terrible and indiscriminate disease at any age but when it effects those at the start of their young lives, it seems even more cruel.

That's why in 2014 we officially put our name to our chosen charity and are proud to continue to offer support by raising awareness and much need funds for this inspirational and valuable cause which makes a positive difference to local teenagers, young adults and families across our region who are affected by cancer.

Kickstart Teenage Young Adult and Cancer Support

Kickstart TYACS help and support teenagers and young adults living with or after cancer treatment across the East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire area

Jo Pierce sadly lost her daughter Emily in 2011 after she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphobic Leukemia in 2009. This local charity was founded because Jo understands through personal experience, what a difference something like Kickstart would have made to Emily's overall well-being when coping with cancer both psychologically and physically.

Kickstart TYCAS is an inspirational and positive charity working closely with the teenage ward at Castle Hill hospital and provides funding or grants for young people with cancer.

Through donations and working with volunteers, Kickstart hosts personalised activities, workshops, seminars and events to increase a young person's support network.
