How do I rent my house out through RPMS?
Please call the office on 01482 873322 option 3 and ask for a market appraisal or rental valuation. A member of the team at RPMS will then arrange to meet you at the property and carry out a market appraisal. This will involve a brief look around the property before general recommendations about the property and an idea of an achievable rent.

Do I need to keep up with insurance?
As a Landlord you do need to keep up with your buildings insurance and we also recommend a low level of contents insurance to cover when the property is empty. It is also recommended that you ensure you are covered for public liability damages. Please call 01482 873322 and select option 2 for Accounts
How soon will I receive my rent?
RPMS endeavour to pay Landlords within seven working days of receiving rent from a tenant, this is as quick as the banking systems will allow.
Do you take people on benefits?
RPMS do not generally accept DSS clients as the vast majority of our landlords stipulate that the tenant must be employed full time.
