Apply for a Property
- Once you have found a property you would like to apply for collect complete and return an RPMS application form as soon as possible. A form can be found below or from an RPMS negotiator on your viewing or from our business premises at 18 North Bar Within, Beverley, HU17 8AX.
- If successful RPMS then require a £100 part deposit (this is deducted from the deposit total) together with the application fee of £145 (single applicant) or £160 (duel application/guarantor application). The property is then reserved for you until your proposed move in date.
- RPMS will then require the remainder of the deposit before generate the tenancy agreement and sending it to your home address for you to digest in your own time before signing and returning.
- The first month's rent is then due on or before your move in day ONLY CLEARED FUNDS will be accepted. This must be debit card payment, banker's draft or cash. Uncleared funds are NOT acceptable and RPMS will NOT be able to proceed with your move in on that day however the tenancy will start on this date as agreed!
